Managing Director, Co-founder

Prior to founding Athos Ventures Frank headed the Research and Consulting division, as well as Global Business Development at a leading Beijing-based marketing consulting firm, working with numerous Fortune 50 and Fortune 100 companies. In addition, he also has a background in finance from his time as a stockbroker at a top Wall Street-based investment firm. As a natural-born leader, Frank’s peers applaud him for his ability to guide and motivate teams from an array of disciplines and cultural backgrounds. With a focus and interest in international business, Frank’s career has led him to live in international hubs such as San Francisco, Beijing, and New York City.

Partner, Co-founder

Stephanie holds an MBA from the prestigious Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management and MIT Sloan School of Management, and has extensive international experience within the luxury and fashion industry in the areas of e-commerce, marketing, brand management, and business development. She is known for being a “big-picture” thinker and adept at identifying opportunities and transforming emerging markets into tangible businesses. Stephanie’s passion for combining creativity and her business acumen has enabled her to work with some of the most creative brands in the world.

With a background in supporting high-impact marketing & strategy projects, Allan brings a breadth of experience that comes from working across many industries as marketing practitioner, client engagement manager, and business development manager. Most notably, Allan's experience in the creation and implementation of CSR campaigns and events has led him to projects such as the BMW China CSR Account's social media campaigns. Additionally, Allan is experienced in all levels of client services and working with stakeholders in a variety of contexts such as in real estate, international client development, media buying, and events planning.

With an MBA in Marketing/International Business from Boston University School of Management, Elaine’s field of expertise includes market research and intelligence, data analysis, and strategy implementation activities. Originally from Shanghai, Elaine enjoys and excels at working with cross-cultural teams to achieve clients’ long-term business goals.
